Roughly $1.1 million for a single-family home and roughly $520,000 for a condo. In September 2026, the Oʻahu median sale price was $1,110,000 for single-family homes and $523,000 for condos, according to the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®. Prices vary a lot by neighborhood, so our neighborhood guides and a quick call with us will give you current numbers for the areas you like.
File for the City's home exemption if the home will be your main residence. It currently takes $120,000 off your home's taxable value, or $160,000 if you're 65 or older, and those amounts rise to $140,000 and $180,000 starting July 1, 2027. File by September 30 to have it apply to the tax year that begins the next July 1, and you don't need to refile unless the ownership or use of the home changes.
No pressure, no obligation. Just a real conversation about what you want and how to get there.
