With a focus on creating seamless experiences for both clients and team members, I oversee the daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. My role is to enhance productivity, improve processes, and align our team with long-term goals—all while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

From optimizing workflows to spearheading strategic initiatives, I thrive on keeping our operations efficient, innovative, and client-focused. I’m not just about getting the job done; I’m about doing it exceptionally well, with a personal touch that reflects the core values of The O Team: connection, trust, and service excellence.

Beyond operations, I love diving into creative projects like designing engaging marketing campaigns or organizing memorable client events. I also enjoy mentoring and empowering our team, ensuring that every member feels supported and valued as we grow together.

When I’m not keeping the wheels turning at The O Team, you can find me exploring the best of Honolulu, relaxing with my husband Joe and our dog Ocho, or dreaming up our next big goal (a  forever home in Manoa, anyone?).
